A good trade-off has to be made among time, cost and performance. The objective of the project is a Baseball Stadium that we assumed has to last for at least 50 years. Thus project priorities are especially performance but also time as the stadium has to be finished before season start of 2009. Cost has to be taken into account, but doesn’t not represent the main focus within this project. But it can be reduce. This is why it is a enhance priority. Performance: Performance of the project is fixed, they can’t be compromised and has to be respected. Cost: Going over budget is acceptable though not desirable, especially considering the small estimated profit in comparison of the size of the project.

Step 3: Creating the Work Breakdown Structure The WBS is a map of the project, “it is an outline of the project with different levels of detail. ” We divided it into 3 main points: 1.
