It Is said that as technology progresses it will create more Jobs and people in a few years to come ill be in Jobs that don't even exist yet.Making technology really good for employment. However there is also the view that technology is doing more harm to employment than It Is good, with claims that as technology progresses and creates lobs, it getting rid of the need for people to fulfill a job role more than it is creating jobs. For example the major supermarkets like replaces checkouts with Self service, meaning 8 checkouts can be used at once normally meaning 8 employee's whereas 1 person can man the checkout. Which Is particularly concerning specially as figures of unemployment are relatively high currently.As most unemployed are the ones with least skills and these are the kind of Jobs being taken by technology and machinery, Jobs that involve skills are not suited to most unemployed people and would require training and because of the mass number of applicants to each Job people with little skills are not getting a chance and so are getting left behind because of technology taking the job they would be suitable for.

Meaning that all of us face the chance of becoming far too dependent on this technology.Many people spend time on the internet and on Backbone and time can quickly pass by.
