3 idiots At first, I felt that I would not like the movie because it has a different language. But as the scene pass by I became interested in watching because the first few scenes were funny.
Then the movie caught my attention and I started to focus on watching. The movie “3 idiots” has many lessons in it about hope, friendship, studies, family, and the goodness of life. It has a great message to the audience. The movie tells the viewers to think positive always, its famous dialogue is ‘all is well’.It means that one should not fear their problems instead face your problems with confidence because every problem has a reason and that reason has a good outcome. The movie brought a message that a student should choose a course which they really like or which they are passionate about.
Some parents are the ones choosing their son’s or daughter’s course without even asking their son or daughter if they want that course as well or what course they would like to take.Incoming college students should find courage and tell their parents what course they want to get so that they will not be tied up as long as he/ she lives on something he/she don’t really like doing. Farhan, Rancho’s friend, is one of the many college students who were forced to pursue his parent’s dream of becoming an engineer. Farhan always get low grades and I think it is because he does not really like his course.
But there are some instances that a student took a course to have a high paying job in the future. Ranju, another friend of Rancho, took engineering because he is hoping to find a good job someday for his family.Still Ranju gets low grades and maybe because he is not passionate in his course. As what I have said earlier, incoming college students should speak their heart out so that they will not be stuck on something they don’t like. Rancho always question things and he believe that learning is more than just the common form of education. Even if Rancho is playful, he surprises everyone by topping the class.
It should serve as a guide to students. They can have many friends or ‘barkadas’ but they should not forget their duties and responsibilities as a student.It is hard to be the top in a class but students should see to it that they will not fail their class so that the tuition fees that were paid by their parents will not be wasted. The dean of college in the movie was Viru.
His way of teaching lacks enthusiasm. He is also strict to his students. His students find it hard to understand the lesson because they feel pressured more than being taught. For me, the movie has lesson which they want to impart to teachers as well. Teachers should not make their students feel pressured inside a classroom.It is nice to know that the teacher is good in teaching that is why the student remember his/ her name rather than remember the teachers name because he/ she is a terror teacher.
Students do not like to attend a class wherein they will feel nervous the whole period for the whole semester. Chatur, Viru’s favorite student, believes in memorizing over understanding the lesson to be successful. He was humiliated for giving a ridiculous speech in front of everybody because Rancho tricked him. And when Chatur found out about it, he promised to get revenge to Rancho by becoming more successful than him.
Chatur became successful but not enough to get ahead of Rancho’s success. The moral here is that it is not wrong to dream big but be sure that the reason for your dream is good. It is okay to be successful for good reasons. For me, dreaming of becoming successful should not be made just because you want revenge from somebody. At the nearly end of the movie, it was revealed that Rancho is not the real Rancho. Fake Rancho was a gardener’s son who wants to study but their family does not have enough income to send him to school.
Fake Rancho agreed to earn a college degree for the real Rancho by acting secretly as him, in return real Rancho will provide him tuition fees and everything he needs as long as he gives him a good educational background. This gives message to the audience that if you are enrolled in a school, you are lucky enough to have an opportunity to learn so do not take that for granted. There are many children who want to learn but they don’t have enough money to pay their tuition fees. Each of us should give importance in everything we have.Your problem may be just little compare to other people’s problem. The movie gives the viewers an idea of how friendship really works and what friendship is all about.
There was a part there where I got teary eyes; it was the part when Rancho brought Ranju’s father to the hospital by using a motorcycle and when Ranju arrived in the hospital he got mad to Rancho for doing that. Then Ranju heard the doctor said that his father could have died if he was brought to the hospital a minute late. After hearing that, Ranju turned back to Rancho and hugged Rancho and saying thank you to him.In the movie, there are many scenes about friendship and there are many lessons that the audience can get from it. Friends help each other when one is in need. Misunderstanding and conflicts happen to friends so if that happen to you, do not take it seriously and do not forget your friend but rather take it as an opportunity to make your friendship stronger and to know your friend better.
The movie has lessons about love also. Just like what happened to Pia. If a guy loves a girl, it would not matter to the guy if the girl’s watch is old, if her dress or shoes is cheap, and if she is poor and not famous.No matter what a girl looks like and no matter what she wear, if the guy really loves her, she will be the most beautiful girl for him always.
The aim of every student is to become successful in the future. Many graduates have works already; there are some who don’t have. After graduation, graduates should apply what they have learned inside and outside their school. Graduates should not forget when they leave the school the reason why they entered school. I liked the movie for the reason that it has many lessons.
It is also fun to watch even though it is a long movie.There are scenes that will make you laugh, there are scenes that will make you cry, and there are scenes that will make you think. The movie also teaches the viewers to become optimistic. No matter how bad the situation is, you should always think positive and all good things will follow.
Always remember the line in the movie “All is well”. For me, 3 idiots is a great movie because it has many lessons in it and the viewers will not feel that it is a lecture about life and studies. It is presented in an entertaining way. Students can relate to most of its scenes. It is full of fun from beginning up to the end.
