However, apart from these negative implications, there are positive outcomes that are expected.Mainly, in a diverse school environment, the possibility and the chance for the students to interact with each other and gain insights about diverse cultures through first-hand experience is increased. This leads to better understanding and enhanced relationships for the different groups. As the leader of the school, several programs and activities will be implemented to ensure that diversity is accommodated within the school. First, hiring of a workforce with diverse cultural background should be an integral part of the human component of the organization.

This is to ensure that a wide range of cultures are in the foundation of the school. Second, diversity awareness campaigns are also to be launched to ensure that all of the actors in the school such as the students, the parents, the teachers, and the administrative staff maintain a heightened level of awareness with regard to diversity. Third, the school should be structured in such a way that the different cultures present are accommodated and that there is ample room for the beliefs and values to be respected.
