The president of the company has advised me of four recent complaints made by our clients. The complaints were about the advertising work produced by the branch located at Roanoke, Virginia. All of these complaints are in direct relation to the employee morale and understaffing problems at the Roanoke branch. As you all know the Roanoke branch is vital to the overall success of Phoenix Advertising.Thus, getting to the root of these complaints is of the highest priority.
Since all of us here are familiar with the Roanoke branch, I need your help. From each department head, I will need a count of the number of clients that each employee is dealing with at this time. As each of you knows each of our clients requires different amounts of time to meet the client’s needs, so I will need a list of the amount of time an employee spends on each client.I will also need your input on how to improve our compensation package and how to develop an incentive program for overtime.
We also need to update our policies for collaborative work among all of our employees. I’d be grateful if you would get back to me by March 27, 2010.
