SEC also charges 4 Czech companies which were involved in bank transactions of this ponzi scheme as relief defendants: Melland (director: Alexander Smirnov),Color Shock (director: IRENA BARESOVA),Solutions Company (director: Moran Sosa Obet Lenin)Fortuna-K (directors: Alexandr Korolenko & Artem Leonov) There is a mention of a bank account frozen in Hungary owned by Color Shock with a balance of around $11.3 millions of dollars. Note: the demages from this ponzi scheme are estimated in more than $100 millions of dollars.
