Course Description This course provides an exploration into how managers and employees work in groups for the completion of organizational objectives. Emphasis is placed on the growing dependency on self-directed work teams in the workplace. This course equips student with the ability to manage work teams, work in teams successfully, and to obtain results via team dynamics. In addition, impacts upon customer satisfaction are explored.
