Let us not forget about all the legalities that are involve in hiring a new employee that at the same time could bring other conflicts to the organization if staff is hired without the necessary skills, knowledge, and competence to perform their job.

The strategic planning of thinking of the future based on the limitation presented showed her proficiency on this role. Jacobson (2010) talks about how organization use strategic planning to work to ensure that their staff is in the right place and have the skills to do their jobs (p354). Furthermore, her enthusiasm and courage conveyed to achieve maximum customer and staff satisfaction within the guidelines and regulation of the human resource standpoint show me what amazing manager/leader skills she has develop during her entire career. It seems to me these roles and functions extraordinary exhibited make her a business partner within the organization.Additionally her abilities to work under so much stress, her devotion of looking at details, able to handle large amounts of data to analyzed, interpret, and provided knowledgeable and accurate data makes her an outstanding professional. Insights Gained The most important insight that I gained during this learning experience was how to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

Ms. Krease presented her leadership, managerial, and HR competencies highly efficiently showing her success in these positions.Additionally, she is very knowledgeable and experienced in employment laws and practice, organizational planning, talented in building good relationships, and excellent in coaching skills. The key in relationships is how to keep them and not in how to run them off (Anonymous, 2011).

Her strategic leadership led her to best possible used her staff to provide the organization with meaningful and essential guidance in how efficiently provide a secure, safety, and most high up work place (Fagerstrom, 2009)Summary During the time spent in the learning experience what impressed me the most was her increased knowledge of the business, full utilization of the employee potential and her engagement in the business operation. She would make sure everyone would have a clear understanding on what presented from the HR standpoint with the organization needs taken in consideration. It seems to me after my experience with Ms.Kreare that she has demonstrated remarkable ability in her role and as the HR director. The values and principles used by her adhere to the standards of care to provide patient centered care.
