Factor of Job rotation has been at low in foxing,as foxing works into specialized products at a high production and manufacturing rate, The company has hired a group to audit workplace conditions, the Fair Labor Association or FLAT. s a result of the issues raised, the group reported that Foxing addressed several workplace concerns, such as enforcing ergonomic breaks, changing the design of workers' equipment to guard against repetitive stress Injuries, and updating maintenance policies to ensure equipment Is working properly,foxing has not been able to succeed In forming a Job rotation policy In the company, as reports provided by FLAT employees are not been properly groomed In their work and the work Is highly repetitive as by the products, and by having lower pays of employees, employees are forced to work longer hours, doing more over time then they should be doing,foxing faces a big setback, being a company which holds more than 1. 1 million employees across the world and which re mainly based in main land china,foxing have not provided employees with enough opportunities to learn .

By not being able to use job rotation system and from the various surveys conducted by FLAT and other news agencies, foxing still lacks to achieve a sustainable Job design structure for the company. Job design's fourth and last factor is Job enrichment, Job enrichment faces the mall factor which is motivation factor for the employees in doing their Job,foxing has not been well known In their motivation areas for employees, falcon Is a company which has been lamed by other organizations ,employees work associations In china, and even fair labor association have conducted surveys and FLAT officers and even by undercover news reporters have reported that foxing employees have less motivation towards their work as they have to work long hours with getting less paid and even sometimes doing overtime without getting any rewards. Report titled "New phone, old abuses," by the Students and Scholars Against Corporate Misbehaver (ASSAM), claims that workers at Foxhound's Gunshot facility are still being forced to work overtime and experiencing numerous working violations, so the motivation factor has not been playing a part for the foxing, further more there has been even suicide cases due to over work or less paid or even in some cases no pay, foxing have looked into these areas and with the help of companies Like apple and Samsung have progressed In bringing the working conditions up, but still allot of work need to be done to really motivate employees to work, as by the reports published by FLAT ,foxing working environment is hazardous and still needs allot of improvement.Recommendation- factors like Job rotation and Job enrichment,foxing should come with more policies considering the well being and future of their staff to, Job rotation can be achievable by foxing in different ways ,they can provide their staff with more training on different types of tasks considering their knowledge and ability, by doing so foxing will be able to rotate their staff on different task on weekly or even monthly basis, which will help the company to have more multi skilled employees and employees onto get bored by doing the same sort of work on daily bases, or if an employee want to do overtime, in the overtime period employee can be shifted to do some other task than what he or she was doing at the normal working hours, this will also improve in the growth of production in the company and can also be a factor which can help motivate employees.

To achieve Job enrichment, foxing should come up with more intrinsic rewards exercises ,taking feedbacks on weekly or monthly basis and to acknowledged those feedback by proper actions to be taken in the place of improvement can also place an effect for employees in the motivation factor, for those employees who are well skilled and wants achieve a higher goal or want to learn more on the different tasks of the company, proper training programs will assist young talents or even already experienced employees to gain more knowledge in the field of company they are working with, this is also an advantage to foxing and to gain more well trained employees, these factors which can be helpful in the growth of the company and at the same time will motivate employees towards their ark and will keep them focus on the work.
