As Accounting is the language of any Business, means by which all kind of financial information is communicated to the users of accounts. Before making any decision we have to analyse every aspect of accounts and that is make interesting about accounts and finance. Having spent four years is my Degree course for finance and Banking I have chosen to study ACCA because I intend to further my studies towards developing a career in Accountancy.
I am hoping LCA (a branch campus of Anglia Ruskin University) will provide me with an insight of the accounting world.I assure you that if given the opportunity at your University, I will prove myself a capable and dedicated student. I know that I have the right amount of interest in Accountancy as a subject and the potential for success in order to achieve what I want. My current and previous course is related as I have completed my graduation on Finance and Banking and I have completed my Internship in The Central Bank of Bangladesh and I also worked for a private company as an Accounts Assistant.So I have the skills of finance and accounting like finalisation of financial statement, financial reporting and MS word, Excel etc. During my university life once I have been selected for Vice-Chancellor award and that encourage me to further my education as an accountancy student.
Beside this after completing my Graduation I joined in a Private company as an accounts assistant where I had to deal with Chief Financial officer and I have gain a lot from Him which really help me to know how the accounting world run.My main ambition for the future is to become a Chartered Accountant. I am hoping university will provide me with an understanding of the business world as well as offering me a wide range of choices and connections after my course. However, I have taken part in a project at school where we taught younger pupils the basics of maths.
I also helped to tutor many of my classmates in preparation for exams, which they found helpful. I enjoyed teaching and so this will be another choice of career.Most of the spare time on the weekend is taken up by reading /Writing, sports (Walking, Exercise, Running, and Team Sports etc. ), Music – Playing, Listening, and Socializing. Reading Magazine likes ACCA Student Accountant and Finance related Journal helps me to know the current accounting formation and any upcoming changes in financial system.
Watching sports and going to exercise keeps me refresh all the time. As an International student I am enjoying to study here in uk as the standard of teaching here in uk is much better than any other country, So quality of teaching is the key.I believe myself I can finish my course within due time. I do not think language would be a problem for me as English is not my first Language as I have completed my graduation which was English medium; I also have IELTS band score of 6. 5.
Finally, I believe that I have the commitment and the determination to complete this course successfully and fulfil my ambition to become an Accountant and go back to serve my country. I hope that you will consider my application and offer me a place at your University to fulfil my ambition.
