Divorce rates all over the world are going up year after year.It is because they wish to marry with the person that he or she fall in love with, live happily ever after. However, they quickly find themselves turning to divorce as an answer. There are three main causes of married couples divorce. One of the major reasons of divorce is low tolerance and rigidity between partners.

Many married couples exhibit the low tolerance in marriage and stay rigid in outlook. It may lead to divorce when both partners want to get things in their own ways and refuse to give in because they tend to overlook the importance of compromise and flexibility. They will quarrel or argue with each other because they have different opinions. The husband who does not respects the feeling of spouse because of their egoism. For instance, the wife forced to obey the decision that made by their husband. The men always think that they can overpower women.

Moreover, bad in temper is another example to show the lack of tolerance between married couples. People said that marriage was described as the process of planting a bonsai. If you exert effort in taking care of the plant, it will grow with beautiful branches and vice versa.Likewise, we have to learn to be more considerate with each other to maintain a marriage until the end of the life. In addition, adultery is one of the leading causes of divorce.

Adultery may appear in the sense of physical or mental. Some disloyal married couples commit adultery because they tend to lose interest and get bored with each other after being married for a long time. Sometimes, the men feel empty because their partner is not concern about them. So, they will be attracted to other women easily because eating the same great meal every night, sometimes it gets tasteless.Adultery may also be mentally, such as having phone sex or cheating through social network. Now, the creation of the internet increases the probability of partners to have extra-marital affairs.

They can make friends in social network and this will cause them easily expose to opposite sex. It could lead to divorce when their spouses find out that. Other than that, lack of communication between married couples can be the major of reason for divorce. Lack of communication can result from overly-busy schedules. They work hard to get higher income so that their standard of living will be better.

This will lead to zero face to face communication between each other. Without communication, no relationship can be effective. They expect their partners to guess what they want and what their problems without communicating. If their partner is not sensitive to what the problem is about, and this is likely to create a gap in communication between each other and the gap will become bigger and bigger. This will result in misunderstanding and consequently they will feel tired of it. Their relationship will get affected because of misunderstandings occurs.

Then, their relationship will end up in divorce. So, they should talk about it and not to keep everything on their own because honesty is very important between the married couples. In a nutshell, a marriage that does not have communication, mutual interests or common understandings won’t work at all. A great marriage is not one that simply stays together. So, they should get to know each other before get married. (482 words) References BBC News, 2011.
