They can be a role model who inspires us to be better people.In the book it talks about how true leadership begins at spiritual level it is not about popularity or power. it is about getting rid of your pride and learning to serve the greater good.
This book lights the way to 21’s century leadership and helps illustrate so many scenarios’ that help us try and realize our true potential. Being a leader is not easy, but if it comes from the heart and one is really passionate about it than anything is possible as long as they out their mind to it and are dedicated. We should always keep in mind that “The greatest ideas are nothing more than day dreams until they are pushed to become reality”.
