The consistency of information would bring better access to right information at the right time so that enough business opportunity is capitalized for better advantage of business resources. The consistency of customer information would enable better handling of invoices and sending them at right addresses for maintaining better trust and confidence to get returns.
Regarding the aggregation of information, the databases must be focused to maintain information at a central level so that it avoids redundancy and prevents anomalies due to addition, modification and deletion of data. The data can be kept in separate databases, however the synchronization of information among them must be very important so that customer information is consistent and invoices to customers are sent at proper addresses to take care of customer needs and maintain repeat business (Laudon 42; Jane 41).
