The human brain responds to different modes of learning approaches.
The ways by which informations are presented to the human mind is a multiple of choices that as separate individuals, people also respond to different types of teaching approaches as well. Some learners could be well acquainted with their capability to remember things and respond to learning that is rendered to them through movements. This is the process with which kinesthetic learning becomes an effective medium in assisting particular learners to have a full grasp of the lessons that they are supposed to receive from their teachers. There are considerably different forms of learning and the different divisions of the human brain actually respond to each form differently. Interestingly though, stimulating the brain to think could be well empowered by the movements of the body.Whatever approach to learning is used, it has been observed that the brain functions better as the body moves along with the lessons presented to specific learners.
This is primarily the reason why there developed an advocate for the use of a dance program as a power for the art form. This actually means that dance, as an art, shall be utilized as a primary medium for assisting students in realizing their lessons through the power of kinesthetic learning. How would dance actually work for this particular aim?“Dance” per se refers to the movement of the human body in response to certain music. This way, the brain works so as to send a particular command to the body to move accordingly to what the ear perceives to be music. Understandably, the mind functions as both a receiver and sender of message to the different parts of the human body thus implying learning along the process. Why is this so? According to the human multiple intelligences of human as per described by Gradner, the human mind responds to different stimulus that would motivate it to function to be able to serve commands for the function of other parts of the body.
Utilizing the different types of human intelligences into better function shall indeed help each individual to realize his full potential for learning. As the diagram suggests, the different aspects of learning of young students are being well developed through the application of playful learning. The more the body becomes active, the better the brain functions. Its as if the whole body responds to whatever the mind perceives as it learns from the different themes of teaching that is presented to the individual involved in the said scenario.
