Aptitude Below we will be discussing the results of the reasoning aptitude evaluation.

This evaluation discusses the strengths and opportunity competencies that one may need to become more successful in their career path. Below I will be evaluating my strengths and weaknesses when developing my career path and how I work in a group, or on a team. As stated by Stacy Flint (2013)" When planning and choosing a career It helps to know the many benefits reasoning aptitude testing offers.Taking reasoning aptitude tests not only helps determine primary thinking styles, but it also alps in understanding how arguments influence thoughts and persuasive communication.

" Clear Strengths Upon completion of the reasoning aptitude evaluation there was obvious clear strengths. The strengths that stood out the most were straightening, taking initiative, and Innovation. Coming In a close second were persuading, applying expertise, and organizing.These are key tools when working in a team or group environment.

This allows one to think outside the box and come up with new and creative solutions. These skills can also adversely affect team if not managed carefully. If too much Initiative Is taken prior to the defining the scope of the project, the results of the project could be affected. Weaknesses When evaluating the weakness competencies from the reasoning aptitude evaluation found that I had six areas of improvement.These areas consisted of leading, presenting, writing, delivering results, adhering to values and followings Instructions.

These results were quite surprising and I realized that some improvements need to be made. In order for one to be a successful manager, leader, and team member, improvement always needs to be made. The area that needed the most Improvement was following guidelines and following Instruction. These both are basic communication skills that need Improving.

There are some benefits when working with an experienced or innovative free thinker, but these same benefits can make it difficult to lead and adhere to an organizations values. In Conclusion 1 OFF strengths and weaknesses. Knowing these strengths can help improve the dynamic off team. A group that has too many leaders will never get anything done, compared to the team that has a bunch of innovative thinkers that never leave the raring board.
