Rosalinda is a girl who likes to run, but her mother is sad that she can't pay for her college. Jesse who is her sister is fat and indulges in junk food and is depressed. Raphael is a local boy who is in love with Rosalinda. Their neighbor Luisa puts a weird spell on Rosalinda and gives her an amulet. Rosalinda then becomes a dog and wins the race and at the party after Jesse is turned into a princess.
