Facilitator
The role that a teacher takes when they create situations that help students learn by actively involving them in learning rather than just presenting information.

Involves asking questions and restating ideas to discover the true message of the sender.
Assertive Communication
Communication in which a person freely expresses thoughts, ideas, and feelings but in a respectful manner and allows others to do the same.
Aggressive Communication
Communication in which a person aims to hurt or put down other people in a disrespectful way.
Passive Communication
Communication in which a person is unwilling to say what they feel, think or desire because they want to avoid all conflict.
