The guys over at Realscam have just recently started to uncover some Ukrainian Ponzi scheme that claims to be the biggest crowdfunding company in the world. This seems funny, as most of the industries big names has never heard about them and also they do not seem to care much about any securities laws anywhere in the world, not even in their own country. But this is not the topic today. What is even more interesting is, that we can see again WestPark Capital doing shady business.WestPark has created some headlines in the past by conducting shady business activities and working with fraudulent companies. According to what I know they have been also charged a fine several times in the past for this.

Just recently WestPark Capital started a consulting partnership with the Uinvest HYIP Ponzi scam. Yet they still know that this will be used for pimping the scheme and sucking in more victims. According to a Uinvest press release, WestPark Capital will be “UInvest’s primary U.S.-based investment industry advisor.”Just recently Uinvest hosted a so-called “crowdfunding conference” in the United States, Beverly Hills.

By having a closer look you will clearly notice that this was more kind of a brainwashing event to make the pitchmen “having faith” into the scheme and suck more people in. It is very interesting that Richard Rappaport, CEO of WestPark Capital, along with some of his employees was present at this conference. He even did a speech there. Pictures of the event have been published by Uinvest. Now you might argue that WestPark Capital does not know what they are supporting. But I can assure you they are, as I doubt that people in this company are brainless.

If WestPark Capital truly trusted this new opportunity, they would have stopped any business they involved in and deposited all their assets to Uinvest, 20% fixed return per month after month would be a dream come true for WestPark and Uinvest would solve the problem of finding more and more investors online. To understand this a bit more you have to know about Uinvests past. There are basically two companies: One in Ukraine and one in USA (Uinvest Inc.) which is operated by their representative “Natalie Chase” (former Ukrainian resident). In the past they have used this company to target U.

S. investors by telling them that they are a U.S. licensed, legal and compliant company.Since the WestPark Capital partnership was announced, things have changed a bit out of a sudden. They changed their TOS and disallowing U.

S. investors to participate in the scheme from now on. At least theoretically. Practically U.S.

investors still can participate, as Uinvest simply does not care. They are also doing all to detach their website “uinvest.com.ua” from the Uinvest Inc. U.S.

based company. They made the website of Uinvest Inc. inaccessible, which linked to uinvest.com.ua before, removed their company documents from their website and many more small changes.

Any attempt to access the “uinvest.com.ua” site from within Ukraine will show you a never going away ”site under construction” page.It should be clear that these advices came from WestPark Capital.

So they know what is going on, yet still continue to work with Uinvest on the “creation of a U.S. compliant crowdfunding platform”. I am not sure if I fully understand what they want to do, but it appears to be something like launching a U.S. compliant funding portal on top of their uinvest.

com.ua. I am looking forward to see how they want to do that, as their main platform is not compliant with laws in any way and has been proven to be a Ponzi scheme several times in the past.I will try to keep an eye on them and report you a bit more about this Ponzi scheme that appears to be using the term “crowdfunding” for its own purposes.
