Market offering: a combination of product, services, information and experience to satisfy the customers wants and needs. Sellers don’t have to sell a product, they have to sell a solution to a need or want. Value, satisfaction and quality Customer value: the difference between the values the customer gains and the costs that come along with gaining the product.Customer’s satisfaction depends on the perceived value and what the gained value actually is.
The buyer is delighted when the performance of the product perceives the customer’s expectations. Exchanges, transactions and relationships Exchange is the act of obtaining a desired object from someone by offering something in return. Transaction is a trade between two parties that at least two things of value, agreed-upon conditions, a time of agreement and a place of agreement.
