Chester Bennington, recently told TMZ that Linkin Park's former vocalist wife Shamantha has filed for claiming her inheritance rights in excess of Half a Million Dollars.Samantha claims Chester's inheritance money is estimated at $ 502,500, Samantha leads that much money to send her children to school from 2012 to 2017.

She also wants to earn a share in Chester merchandise revenue and other royalty income on her music.  Samantha is a former Chester Bennington wife, Chester Bennington married Samantha in 1996 but their household ran aground on the streets, Chester and Samamtha divorced in 2005.

Samantha and Chester Bennington were awarded one child Draven, born on April 19, 2002.After Chester's divorce with Samantha Chester married Talinda Bennington shortly after her divorce from Samantha, and had three children with her. ;It was revealed in October that Chester had left all his possessions to Talinda and his six children. ;Singer LINKIN PARK, who tragically committed suicide in July, left her retirement account to Talinda Bennington and split the remaining assets among her six children through Chester And Talinda Bennington Family Trust.
