It is not possible for the company to build bigger stores at shorter distance.The market share of USDA is constant from number of years. This shows that there is no growth opportunity for the organization in future if conditions remain same. There are number of smaller and local chains which are struggling. USDA can take over these stores and re-structure them to increase their customer base.
