During this time this report was prepared. Every company can not do work effectively & efficiently without human resource department. In banking sector it is mandatory for doing companies all activity. NCC Bank Ltd also has a human resource division.
NCC Bank Ltd is fully a private organization. Their recruitments and practices are different from the govt. organization. It can play a very important role in this respect, as it is the one of the financing institution of the country.
This report consists eight parts.First part is the introduction part; second part is profile of the bank, which gives a clear idea about establishment of NCC Bank Ltd. Third is function of NCC bank Ltd. The fourth part of this report is products & services of NCC bank. And the fifth part is meaning of recruitments NCC Bank Ltd. In the sixth part system of recruitments & its Functions on NCCBL.
In seven parts swat analysis on NCCBL. Final part of this report is recommendation and conclusion of recruitment of bank personnel in NCC Bank Ltd.
