Getting too worked up over death is not a good thing. There is nothing that can be done about it. From what I hear, the older you get the more expecting and welcoming you are of death and you look at it as a positive next step. If someone dies from an illness or an accident, that's different. There is a reason to be sad because it was not their time to go.
