Each plant contains the same basic departments, to include Sales and Marketing, Operations, Finance and Accounting, Information Technology, Legal, and Human Resources (Apollo Group, 2006).However, the problems lies within all four plants Sales and Marketing, Operations, Finance and Accounting, and Human Resources departments, which have outdated and unconsolidated systems.
