There are many kinds of oil are available in the market. Such as mastered oil, black seed oil, soybean oil, vegetable oil, coconut oil, olive oil etc. But the oil I will try to explain here is some thing different.
This oil is not visible and can not be purchased against money. This oil is used or applied by different kinds of people in different way in the society for their own benefit. It is called telmara. In every organization you will find this sort of people oiling his boss. For his own benefit.
Some time they damage the carrier of others.While oiling his bosses. These type of person also back bite about other colleagues to the bosses who really like or enjoy such back biting. The people who are involved in the practice of oiling, the authority also used them for other purpose for their own interest. In our language we used to call them as ‘chatukar’, ‘tel mara’,’kotnami’,’ ghosheti begum’, ‘choklami’ etc.
These people are very dangerous and heinous for the organization for the society for the country and even for the family . They are very claver and cunning.They have their own technique and process to catch hold the neck of boss nicely and gently. They first observe the activities of boss very closely and accurately in order to find out the weak point of bosses. As soon as surveillance work on boss is completed they start their first work to come closer of his bosses.
If he finds that his boss is fond of fishing or hunting or drinking wine or enjoying game or playing gambling or traveling or attending picnic party or witnessing games etc. After determining the weakness of the boss he then starts giving the input.Such as hook for fishing and fixing spot or taking boss to the hunting place or arranging picnic party for his family and friends or arranging to see international games in VIP lounge at any cost or arrange ticket to enjoy musical and cultural events and even some time this sort of people used to do the katcha bazar at request of madam boss etc. When he will understand or convinced that his boss is now under his grip or control he will then switch the remote control and apply the program one after another as deem necessary.On having applied the above oiling method he then start back biting against his opponents colleagues At a comfortable stage i.
e. stage when boss will not be able to say no to oil master if he asks for any undue favor like promotion, increments, incentives, personal loans, appointments for near and dears, transfer and postings for his interested persons, tadbir for weak loan proposal and earns commission etc. They also take money from his colleagues for managing promotion, transfer and posting to desire point.But it has been observed that this people can not proceed further but the damage they made for the organization is un-repairable, the loss the company sustains is unrecoverable, the image the institution loose is unthinkable.
Oil master is not alone responsible for this loss and damage. The boss who admires and gets pleasure in oiling is also equally responsible for this criminal offence. Now a days telmara people and liking bosses are available in every organization; but before seventy this culture was rare because that time it was very difficult to see CHIEF BOSS without any specific appointment on official purpose.Moreover bosses till seventy were very experienced and they had the knowledge expertise as to how run his organization. At the end all bosses are earnestly requested to get rid of this unscrupulous, crooked, devious dodgy and dishonest people.
If needed these people should be ousted/ removed on top priority basis without delay boss is always bossing. He should maintain his icon as chief executive officer. He must behave like a CEO. He should administer his organization in such a way so that telmara people will be scared and organization will remain free from all those criminal people.
