My choices have put me in many bad predicaments and this is one of the biggest lesson that I had to learn. I am a very smart young lady with a promising future sometimes I just let certain things get the best of my personality. I didn’t thinking wisely has cost me so many things. Making good choices is about thinking about the things that you are about to do before you do it. Why limit yourself by letting bad life choices hold you back from achieving your full potential? You can never feel really good about doing a bad thing.
Making good choices is all on the person making the choice. Making choices can affect any and everything in your life whether it’s dealing with your family or just everyday situations in life. Everyone in life is faced with good and bad choices that can either have a good outcome on your life or it can make a turn for the worst. Yes, everyone wants to make good choices in life. But does that always happen? Nine times out of ten know.Recently, I made a bad choice that affected my life in numerous ways for instance when I got caught shoplifting I went to jail missed a couple days of my life and was looked down upon.
I’m very embarrassed of my actions and they are holding me back from so many things such as going to work, as well as going to school. I would like to one day be a manager of my own car dealership and I know that by shoplifting that will only slow me down or stop me from getting my blessings. By making better choices I am studying more and trying to do better in my classes so that I can graduate on time and continue on my path.Once I’m done with my first year of college; I shell start My next year working on getting a business degree so that when it is time for me to move up in my field I will be properly educated.
So with that being said people should really stop and look at what you’re doing. Stop and see if what you are doing will help or hurt you in the long run. Making choices can also affect any and everything in your life whether it’s dealing with your family or just everyday situations like getting a job. Everyone in life is faced with good and bad choices that can either have a good outcome on your life or it can make a turn for the worst.Yes, everyone wants to make good choices in life. But does that always happen? Nine times out of ten know.
Recently, I made a bad choice that affected my life in numerous ways for instance when I got caught shoplifting my parents looked down on me as if I killed somebody. As if I didn’t already feel bad or upset with myself. But what hurt the most though, was that there is a little girl looking up to me whose mother is locked up. I’m not showing her nothing different or bettering her.So it really hit home to see her after all that and all could do was apologize to her and show her as well as myself at the same time how to work; a life problem out of my actions but there’s nothing I can do to erase it I can only make this a learning experience and make better choices from here on out.
As a lady were often expected to make the right choices but we never really evaluate the good and bad in anything. We just do things in the moment then look back after it already has affected us and we wish we would have evaluated the negative and the positives of the decisions we have made.Often times I like to quote from an unknown source: "A smart woman learns from her own mistakes, but a wise woman learns from others mistakes. " I believe one does not have to make all the mistakes possible before learning that some choices are better left unchosen. Like Shoplifting, There are some addictions, for example, that require only a short term exposure to them and you are "hooked" and it becomes extremely hard to free yourself from this physical enslavement.
I feel that once a person constantly makes good choices, he or she then realizes that it just makes sense to stay on that path.I have never known a person who was happy about being in jail or trouble it’s not a good habit, it really shouldn’t be a habit. There are so many positive things in the world to be experienced, so I shell not limit myself by letting bad worldly choices hold me back from achieving my full potential. I never did feel really good about doing bad things. If I had went with me first feeling. I really wouldn’t even be going through this or talking about it but it’s too late now only if I could go back and change the time at head.
Have you ever regretted anything? I think we all have. It is hard not to, it seems at times it can may be fun or so called cool and it seems like you getting away with it but; I’ve always been told what’s done in the dark will come to the light. Choices that we make can either be good or bad. There are many things that affect the choices that we make, and one factor that plays into the choices that we make is Peer pressure. Peer pressure is the affect that your friends have on you to take an action that you earlier had not planned on.
As teens we try to fit in with the "crowd", even the most focused teens can even be pulled into the group of naive teens doing something wrong, sometimes we do it without knowing and other times we do it without any conscience that we did it. Some common things that peer pressure are a factor in are, one, drugs use, and alcohol and smoking. Choices aren't always made by peer pressure another factor is a role model. For many kids their role models are a favorite singer, athlete, or their parents.
How do choices affect our life? Is always making good choices worth it?How do the choices we make whether good or bad affect is and those around us? Do we gain anything at all from the choices that we make? One night I got in the car with my best friend and we drove off to the store. Knew she only had a drivers permit and made the wrong choice of going anyways. As we left the store she forgot to turn on her head lights witch lead to us getting pull over. As we sat there waiting for the officer thoughts started running through my mind. I was really retreating ever going and know we was facing the consequences.
Many times people are forced to live with choices that they have made during their life time. Many times people have regrets for the choices that they have made and those regrets haunt them for their whole life. Is making good choices important in life? It is as much as important as you make it. You make choices every day in your life and one way or another they will determine the outcome of your future. Everyone has made good choices but also has mad bad choices.
Making choices can affect everything in your life whether it's dealing with your friends and family or just everyday situations.Every one faces choices that will make a good impact in the world or a total disaster. But those choices wither bad or good will help them make an even better choice in the future. As teenagers our family always expects good choices from us. But we never stop to think wither our choices are good or bad. We always want it our way.
But sadly life doesn’t work that way. Life is about growing up and having to learn. Some learn from somebody just telling them; others learn the hard way and have to face the consequences.
