A good manager has a well understanding of the operational affairs within his company, and therefore, a good manager always consult with his subordinates to know their opinion before taking a final decision. In this way a good manager provide hospitality as a core product in hospitality industry by ensuring high standard of accommodation, leisure activities and food and beverage production.2. On the other hand North America and European countries are attracting foreign students, businessmen and tourists from all over the world. In this way, the tourism and hospitality industry will expand its size in the next 20 years.4.
