Bowling is known as the sports of kings because of its rooted history in king’s era as it was first seen in the years of King Edward III but because of its increasing popularity among the soldiers of King Edward III, the king himself banned bowling as his soldier played bowling more often then doing their daily drill.

The Brunswick Corporation in 1914 organizes the first mineralite ball and the work of “pin boys” came to almost an end in 1952 when the first pin machine was installed with pins 15 inches tall and 4. 7 inches wide with weight around 3 pounds and each pin is allowed with one or two holes at the bottom these holes are meant for the balance of the pin. Later on bowling was first ever seen by the people on television in 1950’s when the “Championship Bowling” was broadcasted by the NBC followed by the broadcasting of Make That Spare, “Bowling for Dollars” and “Celebrity Bowling” making the living rooms of the Americans an arena of joy.In 1961, The Pro Bowler’s tour was broadcasted by the ABC sport which was whole-heartily loved by the Americans. We can see its increasing popularity not among the Americans but every nation of this modern world as many famous writers’ directors and produces showing their interest in this sport by producing fabulous movies and documentaries on these sports such as Kingpin and Big Lebowski which are worth seeing.
