Ethics will always play a big part in our everyday lives. We deal with ethics issues everyday with our family, friends, and the workplace. As being employees for an organization, we should always be concerned about their ethical values.
Organizations should always cares about their ethics. As people we depend on our employer to keep their employees and customers safe. No matter what kind of job that you do, we are human. The Media plays a big role in Ethics. The Media will focus on things in every type of organization.
The Media can help or harm any organization depending on the story that they are telling to the public. The reputation of an organization matters dealing with ethical standards. A lot of organizations base their work on Ethic Values. Some organizations will have Ethic Training Classes, Rules and Regulations, and let their employees voice their concerns about the company. This will help the organization to run their business the proper way.
My values and morals come from how I was raised as a child. My father was in my life off and on. My father had got married and basically forgot about my bother and me.My mother have always played a big part in my life. My mother raised me right and taught me right and wrong. She taught me there is no limitations to what you want to accomplish in my life.

It get tired some at times because we always be under staffed at work. We can’t never keep any new employees because they get over worked and the management talk to them any kind of way.This type of things make it harder for the main employees that been there for awhile. The ethics that I believe in set morals and standards for myself. My performance at work only effect me.
Everybody don’t always see eye to eye on my ethical views. Until then I will do my best at work. When I go into work each day, I never know how my day is going to workout. When we have enough people scheduled to work for that day, everything goes as planned.
But when we don’t have enough people staffed for that day, it always turn out to be a mess.When I have days like this, it makes me feel like I’m not valued as an employee. I have been working for this company for a year now. I don’t see how they stay in business. They have poor customer service and the store stays under staffed.
When you first get hired, you get a handbook telling you all the rules and regulations. But don’t anyone follow them. Our goals are not being met. The only time when things go right is when the big boss come and see how things are being ran. Soon as he leaves, It’s the some old thing. I ask myself I see no ethic practices at work.
The company needs to have ethic training for all employees and have meeting on how to improve their business. The only training they have are for the managers. How can a this company run their business like this? They can’t because they have no since of direction and the company suffers over the constant shift of employees. A lot of organizations lose sight of what it takes to run a business.
All the company thinks about is making money. It takes dedication to run a successfully business.
