One solution of controlling cyberloafing is to provide company manual stating all the policies on computer, internet and e-mail usage. Specific business codes of conduct are also to be developed in order the employees know their limitations up to what extent. Virtual reality is referred to as an artificial environment that is the development of computer software.Based on the sociological theory of functionalism, this virtual reality denotes long term motivation for the realization and implementation of much more high technology system for the benefits of everyone in the society. Interactionism convey that interactivity is the control of the user to make different in some way in this environment.

An interactive relation between a user and an environment, the user could obtain his entire satisfaction from the exploration of the environment. In an interactive system, the virtual world needs to respond the user’s actions.
