According to procon.org “As of May 21, 2013, gay marriage has been legalized in the following 12 states: Massachusetts, Connecticut, Iowa, Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, Maryland, Maine, Washington, Rhode Island, Delaware, and Minnesota.
