Dave Scott has danced his way through thick, he . He now has an all-round career in being a performer, choreographing dances, music videos, movies, television shows, and commercials. Dave has filmed several tasks for both film and television. He was one of the main choreographers in So You think You Can Dance on FOX, Bravo’s Step It Up & Dance and Step Up 3D.

Dave has also done his wonderful choreography in the cinemas like in the horror movie Prom Night, Maid of Honour starring Patrick Dempsey, and the recent release Dance Flick with the Wayans Brothers. No foreigner to film successes, Dave’s Disney movie, Step Up 2 the Streets, made over $118 million worldwide. His earlier project, Sony Pictures’ Stomp the Yard, was at number one for two weeks in a row at the box office and it made over $136 million worldwide. You Got Served (2004) won him the 10th Annual Choreography Award for Best Choreography in a feature film, and featured the artist B2K. In addition, Scott was the key ingredient behind the success of B2K, giving them their name, style and choreography.

In just two years, B2K scored two platinum albums and headlined the sold-out tours nationwide which Dave contributed to greatly. Dave is a great choreographer and dancer because he is original, his moves aren’t copied from anybody and his moves are all his own. Dave has this certain style that is very “swag” he is cool calm and collected but fierce and strong at the same time. This gives him a very casual feel, which is what I like about his performances.

His dances are always un-expected and you can always rely on him to start a new dance sensation.
