Constitution of Liberty?it is a portion of the Constitution that lays down the individual's basic rights and freedoms, which are a protective shield against abuses of the government. 3. Constitution of Sovereignty? it is a portion of the Constitution that specifies the process for the exercise of people's sovereign power to approve, amend or revise the Constitution. Rendering a military service for a country is good because the citizens are preparing to protect their own country because it is only Just, cause in times of trouble we are responsible to help our country to not be destructed in any way, and through this also will teach each one of the citizens to love more their own country, one time I asked two of my friends one Korean and one Filipino, I asked if he'd be willing to fight or his country, if it's either does he need to or does he want to, then He said that he wanted to fight for his country, then I asked my friend the Filipino one if he'd be willing then he said no. I'm not trying to give bad impression to us Filipinos but I'm just in awe to the Korean and appreciate their love for their country and maybe if it implemented here, maybe our view about this would be different.
