Today I want to write again about the latest news from the Bannersbroker Ponzi scheme I have. As you might know, the “company” has recently launched its so called “Version 2.9 Upgrade”, right before their BB World Tour stop at Manchester, UK. The BB World Tour is a brainwashing event where representatives and public faces of the Ponzi scheme travel around the world and do several events, with the purpose of increasing the faith of cheerleaders and sucking unknowing newbies into the scheme, together with their money.
As it came to my attention now, the so called Upgrade to 2.9 is only a upgrade at the first look. If you have a closer look at the changes, you will notice that this is more of a downgrade. The purpose is to limit the cashflow even more in order to buy more time until the inevitable happens. Bannersbroker is showing many signs of cashflow issues for quite a while now. In the new version there are now new limitations for withdrawals.
Starting from now, active members of Bannersbroker will not be able to withdraw their funds if they have not enough balance left to pay their bills for the current month. Here is some example: Ewallet (available to withdraw) = $1000 Traffic Packs and Admin fees = $300 You can withdraw: $700 or less. Now the question is, why this was not done all the time? It would be just logical for any real business. Why it is done now, when there are the usual signs of a collapsing Ponzi scheme? I think by now everything starts to become clear for lots of affiliates. BB’s actions might actually make the situation more worse than it is already.
Another interesting fact is the forced traffic allocation. Before the new version you were able to do with the traffic from your Traffic Packs whatever you wanted. Now you are forced to allocate the traffic to a specific color bank. Now this would not be a bad thing, but unfortunately you are forced to allocate ALL your traffic at once. This will sooner or later result in too much traffic for colors you do not need it for. Thus, you will be forced to purchase more Traffic Packs in order to keep your account going.
A nice thing for Bannersbroker to get rid of funds inside the system. All in all the upgrade is only a upgrade for Bannersbroker, to delay the withdrawals more. For the members of Bannersbroker it is only a downgrade. For your information: I informed the FSA (financial authority in UK) about the event, but unfortunately it seems like they were not interested.
I think it is the best to start the insight at the event with a report from a non brainwashed person, who visited the event for a small report. My wife and I attended the “Manchester” event (actually held in Bolton) last night. We had been given tickets by a friend who, sadly, has invested and we felt a duty to go if only to see what we could learn to convince her to withdraw her investment. What an epic farce!There was something akin to an evangelical atmosphere generated by around 1,000 or so devotees. Jim Jones would have been proud! After arriving in time to register ahead of a 6.
30 pm start we had to wait until around 7.30 pm when some numpty (Lorenzo?) appeared and talked drivel for 10 mins or so. He then introduced BB’s “Business Development & Compliance Officer” (Business Development & Compliance?) who carried on where the first numpty had left off. Actually, I’m wrong to think of them as numpties. They are clearly very shrewd people who know exactly what they are doing i.e.
fleecing their devoted flock.We left after 30 minutes having seen more than enough.Aren’t there laws against this kind of thing? People, run for the hills …. Its not really a necessary thing to do that, but well, it might be useful for authorities to have some track of these guys activity later on. I hope there is something useful among these pictures for you. As the last part of this article I want to issue a warning again. If you are promoting Bannersbroker or play with the thought of joining: Stop it! Bannersbroker is close to collapse and I am also pretty sure that there are already investigations running. It is just a matter of time until authorities step in now.
You should know that authorities stopped going after the operators of such Ponzi schemes only. They are now also going after people who provide services to such schemes and promoting them, as well as big earners. Ignorance of the law is not a defense. Stay far away from this and protect others by telling them about the truth.
